Ocean-side Walk to Praia Formosa
A relaxed walk along Madeira’s Atlantic coastline, with ocean views and an opportunity to unwind and continue conversations after the scientific sessions.

Guided Walk through Funchal’s Historic Centre
Discover the streets, squares and landmarks of Madeira’s capital on a guided walk through its historic centre.

Miradouro da Eira do Serrado & Gala Dinner
A private coach will take participants through Madeira’s mountain scenery to the Eira do Serrado viewpoint, overlooking Curral das Freiras, followed by the Gala Dinner. The coach journeys take approximately 45 minutes each way.
Reserved for participants who have registered for the Gala Dinner. Payment should be made at registration (cash only).
