Important notice: All rooms reserved for general participants are booked. As of now, options Single Occupancy, Single Occupancy + Accompanying Person, and Double Occupancy – Shared Room are only available for invited speakers.

Late Registration (no accomodation) vacancies are now available for a fee of 450€, which includes access to the welcome cocktail, symposium, lunch and coffee breaks, but does not cover accommodation. Every participant is eligible for poster presentation.

The registration fee includes:

• accommodation at the 5-star Hotel Meliá Madeira Mare (https://www.meliamadeira.com) for the four nights of the symposium (October 18-21) – breakfast included
• lunch, and coffee breaks
• conference materials
• a welcome cocktail on Sunday
• poster sessions

The registration fee is:

• €950 for single occupancy in a double room
• €750 for double occupancy

Accompanying persons may join for €400 (choose “Single Occupancy+Accompanying person”). This fee only includes accommodation and breakfast. It does not grant access to the scientific program or conference materials.
